Gentle bodywork for babies in the Tilburg area.

Little bodies work hard from the very first day. We help them feel more comfortable, settled, and ready to grow and develop.

You know your baby better than anyone. So when something feels off, you notice it long before anyone else does.

Maybe feeding is harder than it should be.

Maybe your baby only turns their head one way, or arches back when you lay them down, or seems to fuss no matter how much you rock and shush and try.

Maybe everyone keeps telling you it is normal, and maybe it is, but you still have the feeling that your little one is uncomfortable in their own body.

That feeling is worth listening to.

At Luma Health & Wellness, we work with babies from birth through about six months old. We look at the whole baby, not just the part that seems to be the problem. Then we use gentle hands on work, movement, and simple changes to how you hold and position your baby at home so their body has room to settle.

Why Parents Come to Luma

Every baby is different. None of these signs mean something is wrong on its own. They are simply the reasons parents contact us.

What a Session Looks Like

Sessions happen in our home studio in Goirle.

We start by talking about your pregnancy, your birth, your feeding journey, your baby's day, and what you are noticing. Nothing is too small to mention. You are the expert on this baby.

As we talk and afterwards, I observe how your baby moves, rests, turns, and reaches. How they feed, if you would like me to see that. Where the body holds still and where it moves freely.

Finally, I provide gentle myofascial release. Myofascial release for babies is very light and very slow. It is not sudden, it is not deep pressure, and it is nothing like a firm massage. It is a soft, sustained hold that gives the tissue time to soften on its own. Your baby stays in your arms or close beside you the whole time. They can feed, sleep, or look around. Many babies drift off. Some fuss for a moment when we reach a tight spot, and then let go.

Sessions usually last around forty five minutes to an hour, including the time we spend talking. We never push through crying, and we never work on a baby who is telling us they are done.

Working Alongside Your Care Team

We are not here to replace your consultatiebureau, your midwife, your huisarts, your lactation consultant, or anyone else supporting your family. We are here to add another set of hands and another set of eyes.

If your baby needs something outside of what we offer, we will tell you honestly and point you toward the right person. If you are already working with a lactation consultant or preparing for a tie release, we are very happy to work as part of that plan.
